Managing Additional Settings
Choose how to configure Password Settings for policy synchronization, Discovery Settings for automated application onboarding, and Administrator Settings for enabling self-expiring debug logs and downloading detailed transaction history to troubleshoot integration errors.
Password Settings
Password Management provides a unified self-service framework that centralizes password policies, synchronizes password updates across connected targets, blocks compromised terms, and secures account recovery using multi-factor verification. Refer to Password Management for more information about password settings.
Discovery Settings
Application Onboarding leverages automated discovery and AI-driven recommendations to streamline and accelerate how organizations bring ungoverned enterprise applications into SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Refer to Scheduling Recurring Application Discovery Aggregations for more information about discovery settings.

Select Save.
-
Select Generate Logs.
-
After the generation has completed, select Download.
-
Right-click the downloaded connector logs zip file and select Extract All.

To view the extracted connector logs, open the file with a standard text or code editor such as Notepad or Visual Studio Code.
Interpreting Connector Logs
After a failed test connection, aggregation, or provisioning, search around the failure time for ERROR, Exception, and HTTP or LDAP codes. Use keywords from the inner message (not the generic UI error) to find a resolution in the connector's troubleshooting guide, Compass, Community, or Support.
