Access Requests for Machine Identities

You can specify whether your site allows users to request entitlements for machine identities. Access requests for machine identities are enabled by default. Refer to Configuring Access Requests for Entitlements for details about configuring requests.

Warning

A machine account may be used by more than one machine identity or agent. Requests may change access for identities not shown in the request. Requesters will be asked to confirm that they understand the impact before submitting.

  1. Go to Admin > Global > System Settings.
  2. Select Feature Settings from the left panel.
  3. Under Feature Settings, select Access Requests.
  4. By default, access requests are enabled for machine identities. To disable them, toggle Enable Machine Identity Access Requests to the Off position.
  5. Select Save.
