Managing Users
The users for your IdentityNow site are the identities you create through aggregation from an authoritative source or through configuration of a non-employee source. Identities also provide a centralized view of each person's accounts and access in your enterprise systems, which you can then manage through IdentityNow processes.
Controlling User Access to Your Site
You decide which of your identities are authorized to access your site as IdentityNow users and what access permissions they have. You can:
- Send them an invitation to register or allow authentication with pass-through or single sign-on configurations.
- Grant users additional access beyond the default end user access through user levels.
- Group them into governance groups to assign shared responsibilities.
