Enabling Requests for Others

Users can automatically submit access requests for themselves. However, you can also specify whether your site allows users to request access for others.

  1. Go to Admin > Global > System Settings.

  2. Select System Features from the left panel.

  3. Under Access Request, select the Enable Request On Behalf Of checkbox.

  4. Select Managers Only or Everyone, depending on who should have the ability to make access requests for others.

    • Managers Only only allows managers to make requests for their direct reports.
    • Everyone allows all users to make requests for any other user.
  5. Select Save to save and enable this change.

The designated users can now submit access requests for others.
