Enabling Requests for Others
Users can automatically submit access requests for themselves. However, you can also specify whether your site allows users to request access for others.
-
Go to Admin > Global > System Settings.
-
Select System Features from the left panel.
-
Under Access Request, select the Enable Request On Behalf Of checkbox.
-
Select Managers Only or Everyone, depending on who should have the ability to make access requests for others.
- Managers Only only allows managers to make requests for their direct reports.
- Everyone allows all users to make requests for any other user.
-
Select Save to save and enable this change.
The designated users can now submit access requests for others.
