Many system activities send emails to notify users of process milestones and tasks assigned to them. You can view and customize the provided default templates for each email type.

- Refer to Available Email Templates to view the provided templates and when each notification is sent. From the table there, you can select a template name to see its default contents and the template-specific variables you can use in message contents.
