Email Notifications

Many system activities send emails to notify users of process milestones and tasks assigned to them. You can view and customize the provided default templates for each email type.

  • Refer to Using Email Templates for guidance on customizing the email templates.
  • Refer to Available Email Templates to view the provided templates and when each notification is sent. From the table there, you can select a template name to see its default contents and the template-specific variables you can use in message contents.
  • Refer to Configuring System Health Notifications for guidance on configuring IdentityNow to send emails when certain components of your organization aren't working properly.
