System Settings Required to Support SSO

After completing the File Access Manager admin client and website installations, you must configure the application to accept SSO login.

  1. Log in to the server where IIS (Website) is installed to connect to it.
  2. Open the IIS Manager from the server.
  3. Depending on the version and configuration, navigate to one of the following paths:

    • The server > Sites > Default Web Sites > identityiqfam > v1\v2 > Authentication
    • Server > Sites > Default Web Sites > identityiqfam > cdn > Authentication
    • Server > Sites > Default Web Sites > identityiqfam > SecurityIQBiz > Authentication
    • Server > Sites > Default Web Sites > identityiqfam > SiqApi > Authentication
  4. Ensure that Windows Authentication is disabled for the listed paths.

The only enabled option should be Anonymous Authentication.

  5. Once the authentication settings are adjusted, continue configuring the system according to the settings for your SSO provider (e.g., Okta, Azure, ADFS).
