Trello

SaaS Management integrates directly with Trello, so you can view all user activity within the application. The integration gives you the usage data you need to make informed decisions on inactive licenses and any renewal or purchasing options. SaaS Management pulls data each time a user changes an issue in Trello, so you can see which users are active.

Integrating with Trello

You must have admin access in Trello to integrate the application with SaaS Management.

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Trello tile.
  3. Select Add Integration.
  4. On the new page, read the requested permissions. To report on your license utilization, SaaS Management requests read access to your:

    • Name and username
    • Email address
    • Enterprises
    • Boards and Workspaces
    • Workspace's Power-Ups
  5. After you've read the requests, select Log in.

  6. On the Trello login page, enter your credentials and select Log in.
  7. Select Allow.

It can take up to 24 hours for your Trello usage data to sync. You'll receive an email when your usage data is live in your dashboard.
