The SaaS Management and Quickbooks integration gives you visibility into your company's software subscriptions, helping you make informed decisions that will reduce SaaS spend.

Integrating with Quickbooks

You'll need admin access in Quickbooks to integrate the application with SaaS Management.


Before you integrate the applications, make sure you have signed out of your individual account within your organization and are signed in to the appropriate service account with the required permissions.

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Quickbooks tile.
  3. Select Add Integration.
  4. In the new window, sign in to your Quickbooks account to authenticate. SaaS Management uses the application's architecture, so we don't see your password or any sensitive logins.

SaaS Management asks for read-only permission to your expense data. We only report on software spend in the dashboard and ignore all other payments.
