Quickbooks

The SaaS Management and Quickbooks integration gives you visibility into your company's software subscriptions, helping you make informed decisions that will reduce SaaS spend.

Integrating with Quickbooks

You must use a Quickbooks account with admin access to integrate the application with SaaS Management.

Note

Before you integrate the applications, make sure you have signed out of your individual account within your organization and are signed in to the appropriate service account with the required permissions.

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Quickbooks tile.
  3. Select Add Integration.
  4. In the new window, sign in to your Quickbooks account to authenticate. SaaS Management uses the application's architecture, so we don't view your passwords or sensitive logins.

SaaS Management asks for read-only permission to your expense data and only reports on software spend in the dashboard. All other payments are ignored.

Requested Scopes

SaaS Management requests the following scopes:

Scopes Description
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting Grants access to the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, which focuses on accounting data.

User Metadata

SaaS Management does not pull app-specific metadata for this application.
