Netskope

SaaS Management integrates directly with Netskope, so you can view your organization’s login activity across SaaS applications. The integration gives you the usage data you need to make informed decisions on inactive licenses and any renewal or purchasing options.

Integrating with Netskope

To integrate Netskope with SaaS Management, you’ll first need to create an API key in your Netskope tenant. You’ll then use this API key to connect Netskope and SaaS Management.

Creating a new API Key in Netskope

You must have admin access in Netskope to create an API key.

Note

You’ll need to create an API key for each Netskope tenant you plan on integrating with SaaS Management.

  1. On the Netskope dashboard, select Settings in the lower-left corner of the page.
  2. In the new tab, select Tools > REST API v2.
  3. Select New Token to create a new token.
  4. Enter a unique token name to differentiate it from other tokens. For example, you can name this token "SailPoint SaaS Management".
  5. Set an expiration time for the token.
  6. Select Add Endpoint and choose /api/v2/events/data/application.
  7. Set the privilege to Read.
  8. Select Save to create the token.
  9. Select Copy Token and store the token somewhere safe.

    Caution

Do not close this window without saving your token. You will not be able to access it later.

Connecting your Netskope Account to SaaS Management

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Netskope tile.
  3. In the Authenticate with Netskope window, complete the following:

    • Enter your Netskope hostname in the Netskope Instance Hostname field. If the URL of your Netskope instance is https://NetskopeHost.goskope.com, your hostname is NetskopeHost.
    • Enter the token you created in Netskope into the REST API v2 API key field.
  4. Select Submit to complete the integration.

Your login data will start syncing immediately and should finish within 24 hours.
