Aha!

SaaS Management integrates directly with Aha!, so you can view all user activity within the application. The integration gives you the usage data you need to make informed decisions on inactive licenses and any renewal or purchasing options. For example, you can view when users last logged in to Aha! to determine if their licenses are still needed.

Integrating with Aha!

You must be an Admin user with the Owner role in Aha! to integrate the application with SaaS Management.

Note

Before you integrate the applications, make sure you have signed out of your individual account within your organization and are signed in to the appropriate service account with the required permissions.

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Aha! tile.
  3. Select Add Integration.
  4. In the new window, enter the name of your workspace and select Submit.
  5. On the Aha! login page, enter your credentials and select Login.
  6. Select Authorize to complete the integration.

Your Aha! usage data will begin syncing immediately and should complete within 24 hours.

Required Permissions

Aha! users must be an Admin user with the Owner role to integrate the application with SaaS Management.

User Metadata

SaaS Management pulls the following user metadata from Aha!. You can filter your usage data by this field:

Paid Seat Indicates whether the user has a paid seat in Aha!.
