SaaS Management integrates directly with Aha!, so you can view all user activity within the application. The integration gives you the usage data you need to make informed decisions on inactive licenses and any renewal or purchasing options. For example, you can view when users last logged in to Aha! to determine if their licenses are still needed.

Integrating with Aha!

You must have admin access in Aha! to integrate the application with SaaS Management.


Before you integrate the applications, make sure you have signed out of your individual account within your organization and are signed in to the appropriate service account with the required permissions.

  1. From the SaaS Management navigation menu, select Integrations.
  2. Select the Aha! tile.
  3. Select Add Integration.
  4. In the new window, enter the name of your workspace and select Submit.
  5. On the Aha! login page, enter your credentials and select Login.
  6. Select Authorize to complete the integration.

It can take up to 24 hours for your Aha! usage data to sync.
