Troubleshooting

The following list describes common integration issues and their solutions:

Unable to connect to SailPoint Agentic Fabric

Error: ClassNotFoundException: javax.ws.rs.core.Response

Verify that you have used the plugin classes JAR that corresponds to your IdentityIQ version.

After you remove the plugin, the imported XML artifacts remain in the IdentityIQ database and must be removed manually.

To clean up the plugin artifacts:

Delete the SailPoint Agentic Fabric: Identity Sync and SailPoint Agentic Fabric: Full Identity Sync tasks.

Note

Deleting these tasks also deletes their associated task results.
On the Object debug page:
- Search for and delete the following configuration objects of type YAMLConfig:
  - SafIgaExtractConfig
  - SafIgaTransformConfig
- Search for the PublishersConfiguration object of type Configuration and remove the following entries from it:
  - SafIgaDataExtract
  - SafIgaDataSnapShotExtract
