Monitoring and Disabling AI-Driven Identity Security
Monitoring AI-Driven Identity Security Status
You can use the SailPoint Modules and Extensions page of the Administrator Console to view the status of AI-Driven Identity Security.
- Log in as an IdentityIQ administrator.
- Under the gear icon select Administrator Console.
- Click the Environment item in the menu bar on the left.
- Click the SailPoint Modules and Extensions tab.
- On this tab you can view the current status of the AI-Driven Identity Security connection, and can click on the module name to see the status of AI-Driven Identity Security connections for each host.
Disabling AI-Driven Identity Security
If you no longer want to use the AI-Driven Identity Security features, AI-Driven Identity Security can be disabled.
- Log in as an IdentityIQ administrator.

Disable the AI-Driven Identity Security feature in the Debug pages:
- Navigate to the Debug pages through the Debug URL:
https://<hostname>/identityiq/debug(for example,http://localhost:8080/identityiq/debug). - From the Configuration Objects dropdown list, choose System Configuration.
- Locate the identityAIEnabled key and change the value from true to false:
<entry key="identityAIEnabled" value="false"/> - Save your change to the System Configuration object.
- Navigate to the Debug pages through the Debug URL:

Disable the AI-Driven Identity Security plugins:
- Click the gear icon > Plugins.
- Disable the AI-Driven Identity Security Recommender Plugin by clicking the power button icon to enable or disable plugins, and confirming your decision.
