Approval Tasks on Microsoft Teams

IdentityIQ integration with Microsoft Teams allows users to perform the following tasks directly from within Microsoft Teams either at work items or line items level:

• Complete an Approval

• Forward an Approval

• View Details

• Viewing Attachments when Approving Requests

• View and Post Comments

Additionally, members of a workgroup can directly assign or unassign the Access Request Approval work items owned by the group from within Microsoft Teams. To learn more about Workgroups, refer to Workgroups.
