Launchpad
The Launchpad is where you go to perform tasks made available to you by your administrator. This page displays a list of Launchers, which are used to initiate an interactive process. An interactive process is a workflow defined by your administrator to enable you to complete a task. The interactive process displays progress messages as the task is performed and might display forms for you to fill out during the process.
Launching an Interactive Process
All Launchers assigned to you are displayed in the Launchpad. The Launchpad allows you to launch interactive processes assigned to you, view the status of previously launched interactive processes, and continue any interactive processes that have been left without completion.
Launchers and interactive processes can be searched for by name in the search bar and sorted by ascending or descending order by name using the Sort button.
To launch an interactive process:
- Go to Launchpad.
- Find the Launcher you want to initiate.
- Select Launch.
This initiates an interactive process. You can follow the progress of the interactive process and provide input as needed.
Note
You can only use a Launcher when the workflow associated to the interactive process is enabled by an administrator. If the Launch button is disabled, it means the workflow has been disabled.
Viewing Assigned Interactive Processes
Select All to view the interactive processes assigned to you.
Select Launch to initiate the interactive process.
Viewing In Progress Interactive Processes
Select In Progress to view all interactive processes that are currently in progress.
Select View to open the interactive process and view the current step and status, or to continue running the process.
Viewing Recently Completed Interactive Processes
Select Recently Completed to view a list of all interactive processes that are no longer running.
Recently completed interactive processes include interactive processes that are no longer in progress. This includes interactive processes that have successfully finished, have experienced any errors, or have been terminated by the user.
Select View to open an interactive process and review the completed status.
