Managing your account password
Whether your password is about to expire or your account has been compromised, you can secure your IdentityNow account by changing your password.
This topic describes the process for updating the password for your IdentityNow account. To update passwords for other applications through the Password Manager, refer to Using the Password Manager.
Updating your account password
- Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
From the dropdown menu, select Update Password.
If you do not see the Update Password option in your main menu, reach out to your administrator for help.
Complete any authentication. Your organization may require you to answer security questions or use a third-party authenticator like Okta Verify.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Select Change password to update your password.
