Updating your preferences

You can update your account and security settings on the Preferences page.

Updating your contact information

If you get a new phone or email, you can easily change your contact information.

1. Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. From the dropdown menu, select Preferences.
3. Complete any authentication.
4. Under General Settings, enter or change your contact information.
5. Select Save to save your changes.

Updating your security settings

Keep your account and data secure by managing your security settings in IdentityNow.

1. Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. From the dropdown menu, select Preferences.
3. Complete any authentication.
4. Select Security Settings.
5. For the Select Method field, select the authentication method you want to use.
6. Enter any required information.
7. Select Save to save your changes.
