Mobile browsers and operating systems

Note the following about mobile devices:
- Phones - IdentityNow supports some end-user capabilities on phones. For example, users can complete access requests and manage non-employee accounts. Admin capabilities are not supported on phones.
- Tablets - IdentityNow supports most end-user and admin capabilities on tablets. However, certification reviews are disabled on all mobile devices.
