IdentityNow does not support Internet Explorer's compatibility mode. To turn off this feature, see Removing Your Site from the Compatibility View List.
Mobile browsers and operating systems

Note the following about mobile devices:
- Phones — IdentityNow supports some end user capabilities on phones. For example, users can complete access requests and manage non-employee accounts. No admin capabilities are supported on phones.
- Tablets — IdentityNow supports all end user and admin capabilities on tablets.
