Accessing Identity Security Cloud

Use Identity Security Cloud to get access to the applications and tools you need. Depending on your role, you may also review access requests and certifications for other users to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

To get started, you’ll first need to access your Identity Security Cloud tenant.

If you received an email invitation from your administrator, you must register with Identity Security Cloud before you can use the product.

If you did not receive an email invitation, you may immediately be able to access your tenant through your organization’s SSO or by using pass-through authentication. Contact your administrator if you’re unsure about your registration process or how to access your tenant.

Registering for Identity Security Cloud

  1. Open the email invitation.

  2. Select Register Now.

  3. Enter your password twice, making sure to meet all the password requirements.

  4. Select Change Password to log in to Identity Security Cloud.

  5. You will be prompted to enter additional information required for a password reset.

  6. Select Learn More to be redirected to the preferences page to enter the required additional information.

  7. Enter your contact information and provide answers for the security questions. If you do not provide this information, you will receive a warning on future logins.

  8. Select Save.

After you've signed in to your account, you can start requesting access to applications and roles and reviewing certifications.
