Configuring Providers

A provider is the Identity Security Cloud representation of a third-party application, database, or directory management system that maintains its own set of user accounts or personnel records. Identity Risk uses connectors to collect identity, application, and device data on a session-by-session basis and correlates the data to provide visibility and context required to make decisions on inappropriate access or irregular activity.
