Metadata Review Reports
Metadata review reports provide detailed information about metadata campaigns and their associated metadata reviews, such as who signed off, when they signed off, and what attribute values changed.
The Metadata Reviews Report category contains the following standard reports:
- Metadata Reviews Sign-off Live Report
- Entitlement Metadata Reviews Live Report
- Role Metadata Reviews Live Report
All these reports consist of the following sections:
- Standard Properties
- Campaign Properties
- Report Layout

Metadata Reviews Sign-off Live Report
Use this report to see campaign-level sign-off activity for all reviews in one report. It shows which review sets were signed, by whom, and when.
Campaign Properties
The following options or filters determine what information is included in this report. You can use any combination of options to build a report:

Filters are optional. If a filter is not configured, the report includes all values for that filter. Configure filters only to limit the report results to specific values.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Campaign Group | Include only the selected campaigns. |
| Primary Reviewers | Include only reviews assigned to selected identities |
| Signers | Include only reviews signed by selected identities. The signer can differ from the primary reviewer after reassignment. |
| Type | Filter results by campaign type: All, Entitlement, or Role. Default is All. |
| Creation Date | Include campaigns whose created date falls in this range. |
| Due Date | Include campaigns whose due date falls in this range. |
| Signed Date | Include review sets whose sign-off date falls in this range. |
| Signed Off | Filter reviews based on the signed status of the reviews.

Entitlement Metadata Reviews Live Reports
Use this report to see what changed on each entitlement property. It shows entitlement reviews at property level, including application, signer, dates, and old and new owner or description values.
Note
Filters are optional. If a filter is not configured, the report includes all values for that filter. Configure filters only to limit the report results to specific values.
Campaign Properties
The following options or filters determine what information is included in this report. You can use any combination of options to build a report:

| Creation Date | Include campaigns whose created date falls in this range. |
| Due Date | Include campaigns whose due date falls in this range. |

| Signed Off | Filter reviews based on the signed status of the reviews.

| Property | Include only the selected metadata attributes: Owner, Description, or both. Leave blank to include all reviewed attributes. |
| Applications | Include only entitlements on the selected applications. |
Role Metadata Reviews Live Reports
Use this report to see what changed on each role property. It shows role reviews at the property level, including signer, dates, and old and new owner or description values.
