Direct sources provide interfaces for reading user account data and provisioning changes from IdentityIQ to target systems and applications.

Service Desk Integrations bring the service desk experience to SailPoint's platform. Users can raise, track, and close service desk tickets (Service / Incident / Change).

Due to the nature of deploying the GE Centricity connector, SailPoint will directly engage with the deployment team and actively participate in the design, configuration, and testing of the connectivity to the managed system.
