Customizing the Messenger

The Shadow AI Remediation messenger is a SailPoint agent that is displayed according to the playbooks policy providing users real-time guidance and instruction.

To customize the messenger:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Messenger customization.

2. Within the Name section, enter a short name that will be displayed at the top of the messenger.

   Note

   SailPoint recommends entering your organizations name followed by “Security”.

3. Within the Logo section, select Change to upload your organization’s corporate logo.

   Notes

   • Supported file types are .jpg and .png.
   • Use a high-quality image with a minimum of 80 x 80px resolution.

4. Within the Your current messenger section, review the preview and make changes as desired.

5. Select Publish.
