Prerequisites
Note
The SAP GRC integration requires an additional license purchase for the number of users that will be integrated.

Configure the Multi-Step Multi-Process (MSMP) workflow on the SAP GRC server.
For Access Management:

(Optional) If you want to configure Secure Network Communication (SNC), refer to SAP Secure Network Communication (SNC) for SAP Connector in IdentityIQ for additional SNC prerequisites.
Prerequisites for Aggregation
Create a custom Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) in SAP GRC. For more information, refer to Creating a Custom Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI).
Additional Prerequisites to Support Risk Analysis Mode
On the SAP GRC system:
For supporting the SAP GRC integration, create a SAP GRC RFC (ABAP) connection on the SAP GRC system. For more information, refer to Creating an RFC Connection on SAP GRC System.
On the SAP Direct Application Configuration Page:

Enable SAP GRC: Select the checkbox for the SAP GRC application to be sent to SAP GRC server for risk analysis.

SAP GRC Connector Name: The value of this field should be the name of the SAP GRC Connector created in Creating an RFC Connection on SAP GRC System.
In cases where you have a single SAP Direct application, you can add the connector name manually. For multiple SAP Direct applications, a rule is provided to avoid manual creation. For more information, refer to Importing the SAP GRC Application Rule.
