Download the JCO libraries

The JCO libraries (JCO Release 3.1.X) must be downloaded from the SAP website by going to the customer service marketplace and downloading the Java Integration Module.

SAP JCO version 3.1.X libraries, along with sapjco3.dll (on Microsoft Windows) or libsapjco3.so (on UNIX), must be present in the java.library.path (WEB-INF/lib) directory on the IdentityIQ host.

For more information on downloading the .jar files, refer to Obtaining the Custom Connector Files. Ensure these jar files are compatible with the machine where IdentityIQ server is installed.

The following ports must be open on the SAP system:

The <NN> represents the system number.
