Auditing Microsoft Teams Notifications

IdentityIQ records the following events and actions performed within the IdentityIQ application in Microsoft Teams in its audit logs:

• Chat Notification Success

• Chat Notification Failure

• Line Item Approval

• Line Item Rejection

• Work Item Assignment

• Work Item Assignment Removal

• Work Item Forwarded

Decisions made on Access Request Approval work items through Microsoft Teams will be recorded in the Audit Event Details file. For these work items, a new key:value pair has been added in the logs - Key: Integration and the associated value: Microsoft Teams. This will make it easier for the auditors to identify that the decision taken for the respective work item was made via Microsoft Teams.
