Prerequisites

Configure at least one virtual appliance cluster and successfully test the connection. For instructions, refer to the Virtual Appliance Reference Guide.
You must upload the Siebel server .jar files for the source to work correctly. For more information, please see Upload in the Source Configuration Fields table.
The following are the minimum required components that must be in a running state for the connector to work properly:
- Call Center Object Manager (ENU)
- Server Manager
- Siebel Connection Broker
