Connection Settings

This section contains the information that SailPoint uses to authenticate with the managed system.

  1. Enter the User Name with the appropriate permissions

  2. Enter the Password of the user.

  3. Specify the Polling Interval in minutes. This indicates the time interval for requesting data from SAP GRC. The interval can be from 1 to 360 minutes. The default is 60.

  4. Choose whether to configure this application for Risk Analysis or Access Management.

  5. (Access Management Mode) Enter the Host on which the SAP service is running.

    Note
    The server must have Java Connector (JCo) enabled.

  6. (Access Management Mode) Enter the two digit System Number that was generated during the SAP system installation.

  7. (Access Management Mode) Enter the three digit client ID or Client Number to use while connecting to SAP.

  8. (Access Management Mode) Enter the two character code for the Client Language used by the application.

  9. (Access Management Mode) Select the option to Enable IAG Bridge configurations (optional).

  10. (Access Management Mode) Function Module Configuration

    • Select the Function Module Name as per your SAP Basis version.

    • Specify the Page Size. The Page Size is applicable for the /SAILPOIN/SAIL_READ_TABLE

    • Specify the Aggregation Delimiter. The Aggregation Delimiter configuration is applicable only in the case of the '/SAILPOIN/SAIL_READ_TABLE' and the '/SAILPOIN/SAIL_READ_TABLE_LEG' Function Module.

  11. Complete the Webservice URL Configuration by inserting the URL for each required web service:
    • User Access

    • Request Details

    • Search Roles (Access Management only)

    • Role Details (Access Management only)

    • Risk Analysis (Risk Analysis only)

    • Audit Log (Risk Analysis only)

  12. Select Save.
