Viewing Activity Insights in Access History

You can view activity data for identities in their access history.

Note

To display activity data, you must first set up the activity insights sources. You can set up the following sources:

• Box
• Duo
• Google
• Salesforce
• Zendesk
• Zoom

To view activity insights:

1. Go to Admin > Identities > Access History.
2. Select the identity you want to view activity data for.

3. Find an event in the Event Timeline and select View Activity to view the user’s activity data.
   
   

   Select a month to compare the identity’s application usage to your company’s average.
