Integrating SailPoint with Zendesk

The Zendesk source in IdentityNow is used to manage Zendesk user accounts. This guide is designed to provide the information required to configure a working instance of a source for IdentityNow. After it is successfully configured, your organization will be able to aggregate and provision accounts for Zendesk user accounts.
