Creation of Accounts in Workday System
The Workday Accounts source supports creating accounts in the Workday managed system.
The following are the mandatory fields required in the provisioning plan to create an account:
Username
The name of the user.
Filenumber
The file number of the worker in the Workday managed system.
Worker type
The type of worker, such as Employee or Contingent_Worker.
Note
Multiple attributes can be added in the Create Profile on the source using Identity Security Cloud API to add the supported attributes.

For existing Workday Accounts sources, the Create Profile section can be created using Identity Security Cloud API as long as the following Schema Attributes are mapped with the Identity Attribute:
USERID
First Name
FILENUMBER
SailPoint User Name
WORKER_TYPE
Static (Employee or Contingent_Worker)
Limitations
If a business process set up in the Workday managed system requires an approval before creating an account, you have to approve it manually on the Workday managed system. The Workday Accounts source does not support the creation of an account for terminated and future records.
