Enable SOAP API in SuccessFactors

In SuccessFactors, log in to the Provisioning Access Console. Select your company and go to Company Settings.

Under Web Services enable the following items:
- SFAPI – SFAPI is SuccessFactors' Data API. It is a SOAP Web Service designed to import and export data to and from your SuccessFactors deployment. For more information about SFAPI, refer to SAP Support Portal.
- Employee Central SOAP API
- To provide information about global assignments, such as dependents accompanying an employee on a global assignment:
  - Enable Global Assignment Management
  - Enable Dependents Management
