Identity Security Cloud Links

The Service Catalog app heavily relies on APIs to exchange communication with SailPoint. These APIs will change based on the version that is installed. During installation, this data gets filled in automatically via Demo Data. If the option is not selected during an upgrade, you must perform the following steps to manually enter the data into the table.

In the app, go to Fulfiller View > Navigation > ISC Links shortcut.
Update the table manually as per the upgrade version.
Save the changes.
