Answer: The ServiceNow Service Catalog app allows users to select an end date/expiration date while raising a request. A timestamp is not processed in this feature. ServiceNow considers the user’s timezone during date selection. The date is converted to the UTC timezone before being sent across to ISC. This conversion happens when the requested item is created and saved in ServiceNow variables in the UTC timezone.

Answer: Yes, Identity Security Cloud can connect to multiple instances of ServiceNow under certain conditions. To avoid issues, do not make requests from two different ServiceNow instances for the same user. Doing so will cause results to be erratic, and SailPoint is unable to support such cases.
