Configuring the Search Results Tab

ServiceNow admins can hide, show, and reorder the available tabs in the Identity Security Cloud service portal page in the order they prefer. The tabs display and order (Role, Access, Profiles and Entitlements) can be controlled.

  • 5.1 and prior the setting remains in setup page.

To hide or show the search results tab for manage access:

  1. Go to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud for Service Catalog > Setup.

  2. Go to settings with the label. List and order of Search results tab. Exact text separated by comma to be used. Refer to documentation for examples (x_sap_intidn.x_sp_spnt_snow_int.specify_tab_order). By default, the value of the property is set to be "Roles, Access Profiles". You can hide or show the respective tabs if you add/remove those values. For example,

    If you fill out the property only with "Roles", the only displayed tab will be the Roles tab, hiding the Access Profiles tab as a result. For example,

    • Filling the property with "Roles" only displays the Roles tab.

    • Filling the property with “Roles, Access Profiles” displays both tabs for Roles and Access Profiles.
