Configure Status Pooling Timer
By default, the workflow is configured to pool statuses from Identity Security Cloud once every 24 hours. This can be changed as per your business requirement in the workflow.
Caution
Be aware that any change made here might need attention during upgrades.

In the ServiceNow instance, open the SP_SPNT_SNOW_INT_CreateSailpointAccessRequest workflow.

Select the timer activity named Fetching the status of Access Request, and set the duration.
Note
ServiceNow attempts 100 times before timing out with an error. -
Select Update, and then publish the workflow.
