Requesting the ServiceNow Service Desk Integration App from SailPoint

If you do not have access to the ServiceNow store, you can request the SailPoint for ServiceNow Service Desk Integration app from SailPoint. You can request the app from SailPoint for new installations and to upgrade an existing app.

Complete the following to install the app:

  1. Contact Sales / Enablement to purchase the connector.

  2. Once the purchase is complete:

    1. Provide an active email ID to SailPoint for sharing the update set for the connector.

    2. SailPoint then provides a unique and secure URL to download the update set.

    3. Download the XML code and then import it into your ServiceNow instance.

  3. Complete setup using the Configuring SailPoint for ServiceNow Service Desk and Configuring ServiceNow for a Service Request sections.
