Connecting SailPoint and ServiceNow Service Desk

For the most current information about adding a connection in ServiceNow, refer to Install a ServiceNow Store Application in the ServiceNow help.

  1. Log in to the ServiceNow Portal using valid Administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.

  3. Use the filter criteria and search bar to find SailPoint for Service Desk.

  4. Click Install to the right of the listing.
