Connecting SailPoint and ServiceNow Service Desk

For the most current information about adding a connection in ServiceNow, refer to Install a ServiceNow Store Application in the ServiceNow help.

Log in to the ServiceNow Portal using valid Administrator credentials.
Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
Use the filter criteria and search bar to find SailPoint for Service Desk.
Click Install to the right of the listing.
