Catalog Mapping for Service Requests
A catalog item defines how a provisioning action item on a source produces a ticket for a specific ServiceNow catalog item. It defines the mapping between the sources in the source parameter and the related item at the ServiceNow managed system. A provisioning action item and catalog item have unique codes.

The values will be auto populated from Settings > General Setting > Sources directly.

Enter the system ID (sys_id) of the ServiceNow catalog item. For example:
