Account Attributes
The following is a list of account attributes:

The first name of the user.

The last name of the user.

The email ID of the user.

The name of the user.

The name of the user's department.

The title (designation) of the user.

The unique ID generated by the system for the user.

The phone number of the user.

Determines whether change requests assigned to that user are sent to their Outlook calendar.

The class name of the user.

The company name of the user.

The cost center of the user.

The date this user is created in ServiceNow.

The administrator who created the user in ServiceNow.

The list of groups the user is part of.

The list of roles the user is part of.

Determines whether the user account has been staged for use.

The building of the user.

The city of the user.

The country of the user.

The location of the user.

The manager of the user.

The middle name of the user.

The name of the user.

Determines should the user be prompted to change password at next login.

The default perspective for the user.

The domain of the user.

The employee number of the user.

The number of login failed attempts.

The gender of the user.

The home phone number of the user.

The LDAP server account of the user. It helps in identifying which LDAP server authenticates the user when there are multiple LDAP servers.

The language spoken by the user.

The last login date of the user.

The last login time for the user.

Determines if the user account is locked.

The mobile number of the user.

Determines if the user should be notified for any changes made on their account.

The schedule of the user.

The state for the user.

Identifies whether LDAP is used to validate a user. If the Source field starts with LDAP, then the user is validated via LDAP. If the Source field does not start with LDAP, then the password on the user record is used to validate the user upon login.
