Troubleshooting IAG Bridge
If you encounter any of the following issues or errors, SailPoint recommends that you follow the guidance provided below to resolve the error before contacting SailPoint Support.

The following error displays: Enable/Disable operation is not supported with GRC IAG integration (when Enable IAG
option is selected).
Resolution: Work with Services to write the before provisioning rule to handle leaver use cases.

Resolution: Make sure to run the repository sync job for the particular connector in SAP GRC. The SailPoint connector picks data from the GRAC* tables.

Resolution: Ensure the Provisioning job in IAG Bridge is recurrently scheduled.
