Finding the Request ID

When users are provisioned, a request is sent to the SAP GRC system, and a Request ID is created in SAP GRC. To find the Request ID, refer to the following procedure:

In the SAP GRC system, go to Dashboard > Provisioning.
Select View All.
Enter a search query for the identity for which a request is placed.
Select Account Activity.
Select the Lifecycle Change Refresh row under the Action column.

The Request ID appears.
