Creation of Accounts in Workday System
The Workday Accounts SaaS connector supports creating accounts in the Workday managed system.
The following are the mandatory fields required in the provisioning plan to create an account:

Name of the user

File number of the worker in the Workday managed system

Type of worker, such as Employee or Contingent_Worker

Multiple attributes can be added in the Create Profile on the source using the REST API to add the supported attributes.

For existing Workday Accounts SaaS connector, the Create Profile section can be created using the REST API as long as the following Schema Attributes are mapped with the Identity Attribute:

First Name

SailPoint User Name

Static (Employee or Contingent_Worker)
Limitations
If a business process set up in the Workday managed system requires an approval before creating an account, you have to approve it manually on the Workday managed system. The Workday Accounts SaaS connector does not support the creation of an account for terminated and future records.
