Requesting the ServiceNow App From SailPoint

If you do not have access to the ServiceNow store, you can request the SailPoint for Identity Governance app from SailPoint for new installations and to upgrade an existing app.

Complete the following to install the app:

Contact Sales/Enablement to purchase the connector.
Once the purchase is complete:
1. Provide an active email ID to SailPoint for sharing the update set for the connector.
2. SailPoint then provides a unique and secure URL to download the update set.
3. Download the XML code and then import it into your ServiceNow instance.
Complete the setup using the Connecting SailPoint and the Identity Governance SaaS Connector for ServiceNow section.
