Account Attributes
The following is a list of account attributes:

The unique ID generated by system for the user.

The user's name.

The list of groups the user belongs to.

The list of the user's roles.

The user's first name.

The user's last name.

The user's middle name.

The user's email ID.

The user's department name.

The user's title or designation.

The user's phone number.

Indicates if change requests assigned to the user are sent to their Outlook calendar.

The user's class name.

The user's company.

The user's cost center.

The date this user was created in ServiceNow.

The administrator who created the user in ServiceNow.

Indicates if the user account has been staged for use.

The user's building .

The user's city.

The user's country.

The user's location.

The user's manager.

The user's manager's ID.

The user's name.

Indicates if the user will be prompted to change their password at their next login session.

The user's default perspective.

The user's domain.

The user's employee number.

A tally of the number of failed attempts.

The user's gender.

The user's home phone number.

Identifies which LDAP server authenticates the user if there are there are multiple LDAP servers.

The user's spoken language.

The user's last login date.

The user's last login tim.

Indicates if the user account is locked.

The user's mobile number.

Indicates if the system should notify the user of any changes made to their account.

The user's schedule.

The user's state.

Identifies whether LDAP is used to validate a user. If the Source field starts with 'ldap', then the user is validated via LDAP. If the Source field does not start with 'ldap', then the password on the user record is used to validate the user when they log in.

The user's street.

The timestamp for the user account's most recent update.

The user that made the most recent update to the user account.

A tally of the number of updates made to the user accountt.

Indicates if the user is a VIP.
