Connection Settings

The following information is required for SailPoint to connect and interact with LastPass.

  1. Select Connection Settings from the menu on the left of the screen.

  2. Enter the Customer ID. The Customer ID is the LastPass account number. You can get this value from the LastPass portal dashboard. This is an example of a Last Pass account number: OrgABC Account number 18836731. Copy the numeric value to use for this field.

  3. Enter the Provisioning Hash. The Provisioning Hash is a unique hash that the LastPass Enterprise APIs use to connect to the LastPass System. To get the provisioning hash value, follow these steps:

    1. Select the Advance tab in the LastPass portal.

    2. Select Enterprise API in the left pane.

    3. On the Enterprise API page, select Create provisioning hash if no provisioning hash has been created.

    4. Copy the existing or generated provisioning hash value.

  4. Select Save.
