Required Permissions

The service account must have the role and permissions of an administrator.

Admin Roles Access Management Permissions

The GoToMeeting SaaS connector supports the access using Admin Roles. The following are the admin roles that can be assigned to the user:

SUPER_USER

Can create other administrator or manager roles; receives all other admin roles; can modify account settings.

MANAGE_USERS

Create, delete, and modify users.

MANAGE_SEATS

Distribute licenses to existing users .

MANAGE_SETTINGS

View and modify product specific settings for users (not account settings).

MANAGE_GROUPS

Create, delete, and modify groups.

RUN_REPORTS

Run reports.
