Ensure users are present in your Microsoft Entra ID tenant. Microsoft has flagged the access method as a security concern if the user isn't present in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant associated with your Finance and Operations environment.

Select the option Enable Create Account to allow users to create accounts.
Select Save.
