Creating Component Interfaces Using Component Interface Utility

By using the zip file in the utility, the customer is no longer required to manually configure Component Interfaces in the PeopleSoft target managed system.

While following the steps in the PeopleSoft Component Interface Utility article, use CompIntfc.SAILPOINT_* (all component interfaces that begin with the prefix CompIntfc.SAILPOINT_) instead of CompIntfc.IIQ_* (all component interfaces that begin with the prefix CompIntfc.IIQ_)
When deleting a User, add Component Interface in the application XML as deleteComponentInterface. For example, <entry key="deleteComponentInterface" value"SAILPOINT_DEL_USER"/>

After the file is unzipped into PeopleSoft machine, follow the steps in the PeopleSoft Component Interface Utility article.

If the utility fails you may need to manually create the component interfaces. For more information, see Creating Component Interfaces Manually
