Connection Settings

  1. In File Transport, SFTP mode will be used for accessing the file.

  2. Enter the Host name where the file is located.

  3. Enter the Port number that will be used to establish a connection.

  4. Enter the Username that will be used during the file transfer.

  5. Enter the Password for the user that will be used during the file transfer.

  6. Enter the path of the Active Workers CSV extract in Active Workers File Path. The first line of the file must contain the column headers.

  7. Enter the path of the Future Workers CSV extract in Future Workers File Path. The first line of the file must contain the column headers.

  8. Enter the path of the Terminated Workers CSV extract in Terminated Workers File Path. The first line of the file must contain the column headers.

    Note
    Here end user needs to provide three file exports, i.e., Active, Terminated, and Future. This will enable connector internal logic to differentiate between New Hire, Rehires and also provide a mechanism to populate data points which enable to trigger the Joiner, Mover and Leaver workflow more effectively. (Refer Screenshot).
    For Active, Future and Terminated Workers File Path, the End user needs to specify fully qualified Path Including File Name.
    For example, /home/sailpoint/File_Export/Details_Active_Encrypted.csv

  9. Select Disable Integrity Check to skip the integrity check while establishing the connection to the source. This needs to be done when a PGP public key is not available to sign the file.

  10. Enter the PGP Public Key generated at the Oracle Fusion HCM system in the same format as shown below:

  11. Enter the PGP Private Key generated at the Oracle Fusion HCM system in the same format as shown below:

  12. Enter the PGP Private Key Password generated at the Oracle Fusion HCM system.

  13. Enter the unique end point URL to connect to the Oracle Fusion HCM managed system.

    For example:

    https://{yourOracleCloudDomain}.com

  14. Enter the Username that connects with the end point database.

  15. Enter the Password for the specified user name.

  16. Enable Via API Authentication if you want to use the API authentication credentials you provide instead of the SFTP server authentication.

  17. Select Enter.
