Provisioning Policy Attributes
SailPoint provisions new accounts based on the way attributes are mapped on the Create Profile page. The information on this page serves as instructions or a template for what information to include in the account.
Important
If the default attribute mapping configuration doesn't meet your specific requirements, you can edit it. SailPoint recommends that you work with Services if you need assistance to ensure that you provision accounts as expected.
The following list outlines which account attributes SailPoint uses to create a profile for new Oracle ERP Cloud accounts:
User Name
A unique identifier for the user to authenticate with the service provider directly. This is a mandatory attribute.
Password
The Oracle ERP Cloud password. This is a mandatory attribute.
User Category
The user category of the user. Default: DEFAULT
Note
If you create or update an account, or if you provide an incorrect value for the user category, then the value of User Category is set to DEFAULT.
First Name
The first name of the user.
Last Name
The last name of the user.
Email
The primary email address of the user.
Person Number
The worker association information of the User.
Note
Providing a Person Number in the create/update operation will associate the respective worker information with a user account. You must manually add the Person Number attribute to existing sources.
